Discrimination of any human being, citizens of any state or of foreigners should not, even today, occur. That a human being is not discriminated on the grounds of their nationality, sex, sexual orientation, age and similar characteristics, which can be grouped under the concept of unfair discrimination, finish the numerous regulations issued not only from the national point of view but also from the angle of international law.
Environmental Law
Termination of the employer`s guarantees set forth by the Labour Code (Act No. 262/2006 Coll.) On 1st of January 2014 the new Labour Code came into force together also with a further legislation introducing numerous new provisions in various areas.
Family Law
Second paragraph of the new Family Code (Act No. 89/2012 Coll.) implies that marriage can be entered into by those who are further provided for. The beginning of 2014 thus saw the effort of the Czech Parliament finalised in the area of family legislations.
